Outlook Time Zone Tips

Do you frequently schedule meetings with people in a different time zone? Do you need to send correspondence or messages during specific hours, but get confused by the time difference? Our newest video will demonstrate some tips for working with multiple time zones in Outlook.

This video will focus on a few practical tips for working with multiple time zones when setting up Outlook calendar appointments. These are particularly useful if you have frequent conference call appointments with a colleague or customer in a different time zone. These tips are also helpful if you travel to another time zone frequently.

If you are interested in a more in-depth learning experience for Outlook, we recommend our Outlook - Manage Your Email With Maximum Efficiency webinar. This webinar is a 4 CPE credit course so that we will have the time to cover it all from beginner to intermediate to advanced email features.
